臥推重量上不去 - 健身

練了快半年發現自己重量一直卡住
(之前因故中止)
我臥推基本上
空槓-熱身15下
20公斤(不加槓)-一組12下
30公斤(不加槓)-一組10下
35公斤(不加槓)-這時只能6下
就只好調回30公斤、20公斤
組間休息都是一分鐘
全身都有在練(腿也有)
肩跟三頭都有特別操
尤其這次回來練還多加了過頭練三頭
今天臥推特別感受哪裡比較快沒力
大概是手肘上方處、三頭的尾
不知道我還能加強哪裡或怎麼改變比較好
