高蛋白飲食血液中尿素氮 - 健身

小弟的健檢結果出來後唯一的紅字是
血液中尿素氮是25.9 正常為8~20
上網查了一下標準值也有8~22 或8~25
但不管如何都是超標了
也查到高蛋白飲食會直接影響尿素氮濃度
脫水或是攝取高蛋白飲食的健身者可能會有假性的尿氮素升高,這也不是唯一作為評估腎臟功能的重要指標
想請問各位駐版巨巨醫師們或是過去有相關經驗的巨巨們
因不清楚蛋白質的代謝過程,我是應該在複檢前一天恢復正常蛋白質(體重1倍)攝取量?
還有這項指標的意義和是否要在飲食上做調整呢?這是很嚴重的問題嗎?
小弟185 體重75 每日雞胸乳清豆漿牛奶和水煮蛋 蛋白值攝取量約180g
