臥推重量上不去,可以怎麼進步? - 健身

不好意思借個版面詢問一下
如果使用啞鈴來坐臥推
小弟我178/70最近也遇到困難
雙手12/12共24公斤上不去,滿吃力的
請問一下~
1. 在臥推的時候,背部可以弓起嗎? 曾經有同好跟我說雙肩要穩定,位置不要跑掉 (感覺
代價就是意識著雙肩用力往下、肚子要稍稍用力頂起來、所以背部就跟著會弓起.....)?
還是只要平躺在臥推椅上就好了?
我覺得一旦雙肩要往下用力穩定後,雙手舉起高度就受限,可能雙手只能彎曲向上無法伸
直。另外就是啞鈴舉起會搖搖晃晃
2. 我大部都是做15下一組,做四組。但是每次做完都是二頭肌感受最明顯,胸部倒是沒啥
感覺..... 是因為我後來都平躺在臥推椅上舉重量嗎?
