胸、腹肌
課表
隔一天做
單槓-反手直上直下15下(分三組)
胸
雙槓-引體向上60下(分三組)
頭上腳下伏地挺身60下(分三組)
頭下腳上伏地挺身60下(分三組)
寬手伏地挺身、窄手伏地挺身個30下收尾(分三組)
腹肌
電腦人的動作
隨機選三種 各做90下(分三組)
這樣練已經第三個月了

我想請問
為什麼每天練完線條都很明顯
但隔天起床腹肌 都很平的感覺
感覺都消了
但胸部就還是有一定的形狀
