小弟最近也是迷上烤地瓜
目前累積經驗值已經達到50KG
一天大概都會吃到接近1KG~大概六七條(小弟基代大概是2000,好孩子不要學)
碳水化合物的攝取大概就以此為主
地瓜在買的時候建議買黃色的
口感比紅色的好很多甜度也夠
用煮的我個人覺得口感不是很好
家中有氣炸鍋(個人覺得非常實用 不過貴了點 烤箱可替代)
設定200度30分鐘就可以烤出夠水準的地瓜
但有一個方法可以讓地瓜吃起來更甜
就是再多烤10分鐘 這時後表皮會略有燒焦(請去除)
一些部位會有類似糖漿的分泌(不知那是啥)
此時吃起來就會跟路上推地瓜車的阿伯烤的一樣好吃(個人不愛因為太甜了)
我每天晚上睡前烤一天的分量
早起就開始啃 不用加熱不用去皮也很好吃(這也是我吃這麼多原因~懶惰)
再搭配去皮雞腿排(一天三四片) +蔬菜水果 +運動前後的乳清+(早餐過後會買個漢堡吃)
有時候一整天吃的就是這麼固定
搭配每天一小時運動 體重維持的倒是蠻穩定的
晚上吃地瓜也比較不會餓 飽足感很夠
會寫的主因是希望有人能跟我分一下
一包50台斤 每次去買單價都不一樣 介於每臺斤8-15之間(應該非常便宜)
一次一定要買一整袋
不是保存期限內吃不完
而是整個冰箱下層全部都是地瓜會被家人罵
