自從腳踝受傷後
都只能做重訓,總覺得很煩悶
都不能做我最愛的有氧實在很痛苦
就在剛剛實在受不了想做些有氧
於是我突發奇想說來深蹲個一小時好了
於是15分鐘做了350下自體重量深蹲後
腰痠得受不了阿!!!!!
看樣子我得要重新加強我的核心了= =
這次要全身都很小心地循序漸進加強不然又受傷實在很麻煩
