前幾天看自由時報週末版的時候,
看到綠巨人分享了幾道只有200卡輕食料理,
印象中有玉米雞肉粥、玉米蘋果優格、玉米+麥片還有一個香菇玉米拌飯
覺得看起來還滿簡單的(廚藝需精進呀我..)
最近剛好和男朋友在減重,代餐真的吃很膩而且老實說還滿貴的
所以想說動手來作作看
它的概念其實還滿類似代餐的,直接取代部分白飯的量
(後來我才知道原來玉米熱量比白飯低,而且只有一半,這讓我更敢吃了)
讓你有飽足感,不會因為減肥餓肚子!
熱量減低後,再搭配上運動後消耗卡洛里後,減重也比較有效果
後來我自己試了幾天後,
綠巨人玉米QQ甜甜容易入口,吃了以後挺飽的,就不會再吃什麼東西
我覺得好像小腹有變小耶(可能膳食纖維讓代謝也比較ok)
而且比代餐更有飽足感,感覺也比較健康
所以目前這幾天我覺得很開心,感覺好像會有用唷!!!!
