自製便宜、香醇濃郁的豆漿 - 健身

說自製是有點誇張,
不過去買生豆漿回來自己主應該也差不多了。
最近板上常常討論營養品,
所以po個心得分享,
我在喝高蛋白之前,
也都是喝豆漿、吃豆腐。
有興趣的版友可以試試看,
比到外面直接買豆漿省很多錢。
作法:
到傳統市場買生豆漿,
生豆漿是指沒煮過的,
通常都很便宜,
一大包只要15塊,
大約3000cc。
買回家後直接加熱,
等豆漿滾了之後再放入糖、鹽巴調味。
糖建議用白砂糖,
鹽巴是可以讓你放少一點糖,
甜度感覺卻正常。
之後泡水放涼,
大約換三次水後,
就可以拿到冰箱冰。
接著這兩三天就有營養價值高,
又香又濃的豆漿可以喝了。
花費:
豆漿兩包 30元
電鍋電費 5元
砂糖 2元
水費雜支 3元
總計 40元
換來6000cc營養價值高的豆漿,經濟實惠。
