40歲時,妳想用什麼樣的姿態來跨越這道年齡線?
這個問題對38歲剛瘦下來的我而言輪廓好模糊,
除了想要維持瘦下來的成果不復胖之外,我還想要什麼?
我只知道當時只靠飲食瘦下來的自己,
完全不運動的屁股又垂又平不是我想要的樣子,
剛開完刀一沱肉在小腹的肚子也不是我想要的樣子。

那時隱約勾勒的目標只有
我想要看到大腿間有縫、我想要身材精實、我想要「看起來有訓練痕跡」的樣子。
摸索了一陣之後從徒手開始居家重訓,
後來覺得徒手阻力不夠了又加入快調啞鈴。
結果因為不太會操作啞鈴重量常受傷或練三天就得休五天,
想說還是找位教練好好練一陣子至少把動作都調整正確再來自己練。
然後也真的有幸遇到了位好教練,就一路跨過39歲的練到現在了XD
隨著練習逐漸堆疊的重量與細節,默默的在每週清晨維持三練的累積著。
雖然中間因為疫情卡掉好幾個月只能居家訓練的日子,但也還是走過來了。
努力了一年,讓肚子邊的線條浮了出來。

沒有分裂的腹肌,但穿上了屬於自己的馬甲。
大腿從毫無縫隙,到現在已經打開了不少但還在努力大腿根的部分。

第一次看到自己的屁股不再是扁的時候,則落在了開始重訓的一年後。
今年三月開始的空中瑜珈課。

當教練跟我說臀肌在這張照片冒出來的時候,
當時真的很開心,覺得每週蹲到哀鴻遍野的保加利亞分腿蹲都值了!
後來陪著妹妹繼續上著空瑜課三個多月後,教練問我空瑜是不是真的很吃手。
因為才練三個月整個手臂線條就差很多@@
我:真要說的話...空瑜吃手吃腰吃髖吃核心TwT
我上課都只求能活著下課(?

兩年前才開始重拾運動習慣的我,應該沒想到自己能堅持到現在。
甚至去年三月以前的我,也沒想過自己現在會規律的進健身房。
我要謝謝我的重訓教練與空瑜老師作為自己身體的導師帶領我走到現在,
也謝謝努力想跟上她們腳步而不放棄練習的自己。
今天是個特別的日子。
我想將這兩張體態照獻給踏進40歲的自己,生日快樂:)

雖然比起去年生日的inbody好像變成為了體重而犧牲肌肉的狀態(?

但對照去年生日後亂吃到到年底的inbody...
應該也是確實的增肌減脂了一下XD

這樣看起來好像體脂在9公斤附近迴盪就已經是自力減脂的極限了(托腮
今年也會為了更強壯的肌肉與更好的體態繼續努力,謝謝大家看到這裡。
飲食的部分我沒有太多著墨是因為我自己也還在嘗試脫離減脂飲食的框架。
不管是對於碳水攝取量的恐懼或是增加餐次的調控我都還在努力適應。
對我來說增肌飲食其實中間包含許多與減脂期矛盾掙扎的部分。
希望自己之後真能嘗試出個心得再來跟大家分享:)
