舉啞鈴的姿態都會歪掉 - 健身

雖然知道姿勢不正確
輕則拉傷肌肉 重則傷關節
可是舉啞鈴的時候
正常應該都是直上直下
但是我右手都會打開以外擴的方式完成動作
而且是很難自我控制
是肌力不足嗎? 但是我右撇子 左手反而不會這樣
而且如果我硬夾緊右手 不讓姿勢外擴
卻發現有很卡的感覺 好像手很緊蹦 舉不起來
而且也不能出力
但是左手完全沒這種情形
請問這個問題怎麼解決
