練體力 - 健身

小弟接下來要當一個考生,想從現在到暑假時把體力練好一點
好提供到時候衝刺期時長時間專注的體力。
目前一週游泳2~4次,偶而打籃球,就這樣而已。
每次運動完都會覺得很累,回家洗澡躺著都會想睡覺了。
感覺這樣是種警訊!!!
暑假打算去中正運動中心繳月費每天去練練重訓+游泳
目的:增加體力為主,練肌肉次之。
請問我要增加哪些項目才可以比較有效果,跑步?游泳跟跑步哪個效果好?
另外我游泳時(蛙式),游完大腿內側都會感覺"筋"不舒服,感覺像拉傷,
請問要改善的話重訓部份要練哪個項目?
