舟狀股微受傷休息 - 健身

各位巨巨好,
小弟三月出頭跌倒,手撐地舟狀骨有些不適,
上週三因為擔心跑去看骨科照了X光,http://m.imgur.com/73ve2ic
醫生表示說不會劇痛代表沒有骨折,但是可能微微有裂開,
休息一週即可,
一週過去了想要重拾訓練,但是手還是有些不適,
做伏地挺身的時候微痛,感覺類似瘀青,
請問這樣的情形還適合訓練嗎?
如果能的話,比較適合的胸肌訓練有哪些呢?
