去年十月拿到RDX腰帶後,深蹲硬舉大重量日都會上腰帶
深蹲習慣的很快,也有持續進步
硬舉卻一直很難習慣,無法做到正確的起始動作,一定圓背,拉0、100、140都一樣
試過把腰帶移高沒有改善,而且不太合理,因為是腰椎需要最多支撐
目前是打算先拿掉腰帶+降重
兩個問題:
1.有什麼方法能解決嗎? 放鬆一格還沒試過,快扣在這種時候就很麻煩了Orz
2.換前寬厚窄的腰帶?:
換換病發作,感覺Inzer健美腰帶(前面6.3cm後面10cm)還不錯 想買XD
又比普通全10cm的便宜很多
快扣跟傳統不知道選哪個
不知道這種深蹲硬舉效果好不好
繼續無腰帶下去也不錯啦...反正都還很輕
