健身房看許多人,練下胸時,下斜臥推大多採長槓進行,少數啞鈴。
逛了版上與網路,幾種說法可討論「下斜臥推」。
1、單人執行啞鈴下斜危險性高,因腳勾在防倒座,
準備動作前,大腿無法協助送鈴。
結束若無力,也無法舉腿拉鈴回去。
(不少影片直接往兩側丟啞鈴)
2、不建議練下胸,刺激性太少,直接練上、中胸比較實在。
3、練下胸,對肌肉的刺激度,雙槓比下斜臥推為佳。
