最近開始鍛鍊了30下伏地挺身,每次做完頭都有點暈,臉也有點脹紅。
有聽說人做完伏地挺身中風的,讓我有點擔心。
想請問這是心肺功能不好,還是跟肌耐力有關?
有什麼什麼改進的方法
