小魯的朋友是男性
目測自我感覺有些女乳症
而且在重訓約一年多
感覺外觀上沒有很明顯的進步
體脂從33%到26%
可是其實26%卡關很久了
飲食也幾乎是自己料理
忽然他就想到說 會不會是他的天生雌激素比一般男性還高
所以會有女乳症+減脂不易+增肌困難(他減脂與增肌有分開進行)
因為我也不會回答他(我不是專業教練,只是一個魯肥宅)
請問如果想測量自己的雄性與雌性激素應該要去醫院的哪個部門檢查
費用大約是多少
坦白說 我也蠻想去檢查看看的
