今天有體驗,
說我有圓肩+駝背+重訓都不正確
按的過程非常非常痛!!
然後說 痛就是不正常,你的肌肉沾黏太嚴重+姿勢不正確+太緊繃
按完之後就說 是不是比較輕鬆一點之類的,
我算重訓新手,
請問按摩課的必要性?
畢竟一堂2000,要好好考慮...

狀況不同,適合的放鬆方式也不同,其實跟健身課程一樣需
要先評估,而不是哪裡緊繃就按哪裡。例如有時候上半身痠
痛的原因是腿部緊繃連帶影響。不過因為你是在蔬菜,那我
只好建議你外面有更專業又更便宜的選擇。
