蛋白每天攝取抓180g
都是喝台紐的乳清

一天大概喝3-5次(90-150g)
簡單算一下,一天喝五次(150g)
一個禮拜大概就一公斤不見了($500)
好像一個月就要補一次貨了耶
有人跟我一樣嗎???

剛剛重新看了一次文章,發現自己有些地方打
的不恰當,造成誤會抱歉
因為自己的湯匙是30g,五次下來是150g
實際攝取的蛋白質大約120g,其他的也是吃
正常食物來補足
有時候因為考量到吸收的關係,想說多吃
來補足吸收的問題,不知道這樣想法對不對
