各位巨巨
想請問各位有沒關於腓腸肌的受傷經驗、
原因?預防方式?
小弟說先說說我的情況。
我一週5-6天練,每次1-1.5 hrs.
通常安排1-2天硬舉+胸或背
或 1-2天深蹲+胸或背
(練腿基本上就靠深蹲跟硬舉)
關於右腳單邊腓腸肌肉目前情況:
9/19硬舉(只做硬舉)完後隔天有點痠,
922-9/24爆炸痛(中秋連假泡湯)
到今天還是痛(似乎好ㄧ些些)。
(9/16主要作深蹲,9/17-9/18機械胸、背)
去看醫生,醫生只說肌肉拉傷。
(有說應該是跑步或跳躍造成,但我沒做)
因為傷到腓腸肌,感到很怪。
我也沒做類似跳耀、跑步等動作。
請問各位巨巨,各位有沒有單純做重訓或
什麼特定動作會傷到腓腸肌的經驗?想請問各預防方式?
還是ㄧ週5-6練身體負荷不了?
(最近2個月改成早上4:30-5:00去練;
之前是晚上去練)
