我家人因為吃素,飲食也蠻粗茶淡飯的
每日攝取的蛋白質應該都不到標準值
我網路查每日應攝取體重*0.8g的蛋白質
因為家人吃不不多
每天也有遛狗一次,多少算有運動
有時卻還會變胖
我在想會不會是蛋白質攝取不足
影響到他的基代
請問會有這樣的情況嗎?
