蛋白質夠 總熱量不足的菜單請益 - 健身

各位巨巨好
小弟在學生時代是不易胖的體質 (同時打系桌 系籃 跑5km)
最近開始努力增肌
目前身高 175cm 重 69kg 體脂≒16% 肌肉質量 54.7kg
練第一年肌肉增重不少
靠吃肉蛋白質可以吃到體重x2 沒太大問題
但最近好像卡關惹
以下是本人菜單:
早餐 斷食不吃
午餐
蛋白質 熱量 碳水 $$
超商舒肥雞胸 24.5 136.3 1.0 59
超商舒肥雞胸 24.5 136.3 1.0 59
橘包裝豆漿 15.8 263.0 28.8 20
超商豆皮壽司 8.2 249.0 41.9 40
晚餐
豚丼(大)套餐 23.3 840.4 124.1 144
BBQ醬煙燻雞腿 24.5 228.0 5.5 58
原味蛋撻 2.6 182.0 17.3 35

合計 123.4 2035.0 219.6 415
蛋白質不足體重x2 的部份再喝一點乳清就可達標
但晚餐吃完都會覺得還有點餓
如果想像蓋伊一樣把熱量吃到 2600 左右
是直接到鹹酥雞攤加點解決嗎?
但常這樣吃也滿傷荷包的
不知是否有什麼部份可以做調整
