是這樣子,兩個月前開始把有氧改成跑步,越跑越起勁,變成每天跑一小時
外加深蹲重量也在同時間進步了一些,然後膝蓋就不行了
先去復健科看,兩腳膝蓋都有發炎,復健科是說吃一個禮拜消炎藥+休息就會好
但現在,連逛個街右腳前側都會刺痛
剛剛又去看了骨科照了X光,我的髕骨超級歪阿
骨科是說因為大腿肌力太弱的關係,要我先把髕骨問題處理好,不然不要蹲
想說我有在練腿ㄝ,雖然腿沒有很認真練但至少有超過自身體重
我體重78,8-12三組落在90公斤,是很爛 但應該比一般路人好一點了吧
怎麼會走個路膝蓋就會掛...
骨科是跟我說,要練"股內側肌",把髕骨拉回來正常位置
如果是肌力不平衡的話,是不是要偏一邊練?
要怎樣練"股內側肌"阿 ? 有沒有大大有類似經驗
