蛋白質攝取與拉肚子 - 健身

大家好,
最近在增肌,吃到自身重量2倍公克蛋白
早餐:麥片加ON金牌、水果
午餐:自助餐肉類、蔬菜
下午:豆漿 加 雞胸肉
晚餐:自助餐、蔬菜
睡前2小時:ON金牌、麩醯胺酸、(偶爾水果)
結果一直拉肚子,大便稀巴爛那種
我一天水大概喝3-4公升、三餐也都有蔬果,纖維應該足夠
同時三餐飯後也有吃日本的整腸藥(前陣子也有吃益生菌)
但還是沒效
感覺所有方法都用上了都沒改善
請問各位巨巨還有什麼方法嗎?
