我一天的蛋白質攝取為體重的1.5~2倍
維持這樣子三個月之後
發現容易放臭屁、排便黏、便秘等問題
蔬果沒有少吃 飲水量也正常
但身體就是有很多宿便
乳清是costco的金牌分離
應該換個品牌還是減少攝取量呢?
不知道巨巨有沒有這種困擾@@
