小弟目前36Y減重四個月了
靠著戒飲料、冰飲、麵包、中式早餐
並每週至少慢跑四次3km
順利從84kg減至70kg。但小弟不高只165
所以還在標準體重外
但停滯了~付費找了醫院健康中心營養師
得知我的食譜,嚴重缺乏蛋白質
70kg成人~每天約1.1g*kg
算1就好、我得吃70g蛋白質
我看了超商,除非三餐雞胸肉23.6g*3
或三餐健康便當25*3 才有可能達到。
平常大家是怎麼吃到蛋白質攝取量?
目前菜單(不會下廚)
早餐:7-11阜杭豆漿飯團 蛋白質9.9g
或 雞胸肉+茶葉蛋 蛋白質30g
午餐:7-11健康便當蛋白質25g
或 7-11其他款便當 蛋白質約20g
晚餐:7-11沙拉蛋白質約2g + 7-11售任一湯品
(通常是香姑雞湯)蛋白質約8g 加起來
約10g
或 市售滷味夾蔬菜+姑類+肉片+鳥蛋
不夾王子麵火鍋料等加工食品
想增肌減脂~蛋白質攝取是不是很難?
大家都怎麼吃?
我是希望能吃到1.6g*體重 取整數100g蛋白質
就好。
