臥推會先做上胸還是平胸 - 健身

自己健身到現在練胸基本上都是平胸臥推為主
跟一些肩推還有機械式輔助
後來問了一些版友才多加上胸臥推
不過最近有感覺到重量有點卡住
前幾天跟WG認識的巨巨聊 發現他是都先做上胸完再平胸
說他朋友蠻多也都是這樣練的
仔細想想看了蠻多健身影片也都是教上胸比較多
但感覺上胸完平胸可能會重量掉很多就是
想問大家都會先做平胸還是先做上胸
我自己會想調整看看啦 反正改一下訓練方式增加刺激也是不錯就是
