剛在算現在每日蛋白質攝取量
蛋白質
三顆蛋 18g
起司一片 7g
雞胸肉一塊 27g
秋刀魚一隻 76g
(或鯖魚一片)
總和一天攝取 128g
數字是用google找的 但覺得秋刀魚一隻竟然是雞胸肉的三倍 這邊有點奇怪
所以想請問各位大大 我這樣算對嗎...orz
