健身完後的兩三天內,需要補充足量蛋白質
這大家都知道
我想問的是,蛋白質補充的時間有關係嗎?
(ex. 早上一次補 and 睡前一次補)
例如
我早上起床第一餐就攝取了100g的蛋白質,午晚餐就只攝取一點點蛋白質
跟
我早中餐都只攝取少量蛋白質,睡前才補進100g蛋白質
這兩種結果會有差嗎?
因為我們知道肌肉修復是睡覺時的事
我一直覺得,早上吃進的蛋白質
經過一整天的活動,蛋白質也會被當成身體所需的熱量消耗掉了!
還是說早上攝取的蛋白質會先儲存起來,等到睡覺時會在被身體拿出來修補肌肉?
若是這樣,那蛋白質會先存在哪?
