〔即時新聞/綜合報導〕很多現代人都喜歡到健身房運動,而非選擇到戶外運動。不過義
大利一項研究卻指出,如果想在健身房達到與戶外運動同樣的燃脂效果,跑步速度需要快
15%。
綜合外媒報導,義大利米蘭大學(Milan University)之前對從事戶外運動與健身房運動
的兩類男性進行研究,結果發現在健身房運動的人的運動需氧量較少,這顯示他們運動時
所需的努力較少。研究團隊指出,如果想達到同樣的燃脂效果,在健身房的運動速度需要
比戶外速度快上15%。
研究認為,在健身房做有氧運動較輕鬆,可能是因為健身房跑步機的跑步帶會向前移動、
所以能讓跑者跑得更快。此外,在健身房運動也無法感受到戶外運動會有的高低起伏以及
風阻。
