血液流速慢(血液循環不好) - 健身

想問一下 目前有兩個有氧類型
低強度長時間有氧 (慢跑)
間歇性有氧訓練 (時間較短)
不知道哪個對增加血液循環比較有幫助呢??(除開減脂方面的要求)
