上個禮拜自己安排了一次深蹲跟硬舉衝PR,很高興有衝過PR各加20kg。
休了幾天沒練,開始覺得身體怪怪的。
蹲跟硬最多只能做到70%左右,次數還上不來。
身體感覺根本使不上力,但是我並沒有覺得哪裡的肌肉有特別痠痛。
請問這是叫做神經系統燒掉嗎?還是怎麼了?又該怎麼解決呢?謝謝。
