因為長期有雙膝疼痛問題
在照過X光跟核磁共振之後
被醫院判定為髕骨外翻
醫生說應是股四頭肌不夠強壯
以及太緊繃所致的疼痛
醫生給的建議是
訓練股四頭肌、但盡量避免爬山、上下樓梯..等等會讓膝蓋過度彎曲的動作
醫生建議的運動是抬腿以及靠牆往下蹲兩種
還有帶有洞的護膝避免外翻惡化
平常在重訓室除了坐姿腿屈伸跟仰臥腿舉之外
(Leg extension + leg press)
我做弓箭步(有加重量)、深蹲、保加利亞深蹲 膝蓋都很容易會痛、不舒服
請問髕骨外翻的話 要訓練股四頭肌有沒有哪些推薦跟必須避免的動作
如果有前輩除了訓練,有物理治療的經驗可以分享的話也很樂意聆聽! 謝謝
