被香蕉害慘了... - 健身

今天早上還沒吃早餐前, 突然看見桌上有兩條大香蕉!!!
然後...
沒有常識的我以為香蕉耶~~熱量超高耶~~~
為了讓自己有圓圓的臉= =
我把兩大根都啃掉了!!
想說再搭配一下全脂鮮奶600cc應該更補...
之後又吃掉一個大漢堡 (自己做的生菜+蛋+起司的大漢堡)
沒想到,拉了一天 囧"
就在我的小菊花疼痛到不行 & 哀悼我好不容易"碰"起來的臉又凹下去時
我仔細想了想 熊熊發現!!!
每次早上吃完香蕉之後我幾乎都會拉肚子...
今天更是變本加厲 拉 了 一 整 天
痾 我只是是想維持我肉肉的臉,現在全沒了 Orz
明天又要開始吃多一點
不過值得高興的事是每天堅持扭腰運動+仰臥起坐 讓我的腰兩週瘦了三公分XDD
距離目標只剩下三公分了!!! **ˋ(  ̄▽ ̄)ˊ**
