大家對扭腰運動真是很有興趣阿XDD
我只好再開一篇來寫,希望對大家有幫助~~~
其實這個是我之前有學過三次的肚皮舞,覺得這個動作很酸...
後來自己改良成我做的來的 (因為肚皮舞的扭腰根本學不會)
可是我不會畫圖耶 囧囧囧 請大家自己體會!!!
首先,要讓你的上半身保持不動的狀態 (胸部以上要定住)
腰的部份是用∞的形狀扭動,
所以妳的腰正面扭的時候正面看就是一個∞的形狀...
但是這樣還不夠,以肚臍為準心腰在上下扭動的同時
還有做一個前後的∞
步驟我自己打下來變成以下:
左腰向上往前→左腰繞下往後→右腰向上往前→右腰繞下往後
這樣看的懂嗎? 囧"
我是盡量用腰的力量在帶,很厲害的人腳是不用彎的
((例如我們肚皮舞老師XDDD))
不過我都是膝蓋要彎曲才有辦法,做完真的腰超酸的!!
盡量不要用屁股帶動啦 :) 感覺就有差...
希望大家都變成"腰瘦"的人!!! 我也會繼續加油的 哈哈
