大家好
小弟我身高174公分 體重71公斤 體脂10% 練健美兩年五個月
幾乎每天練 一次都2小時~2.5小時
我都只有喝乳清
頂多喝含微量肌酸與BCAA的乳清
早餐一匙BSN基本款乳清
練完一匙ON白金水解含肌酸那罐
睡前一匙ON酪蛋白
最近不知道為什麼很想服用其他補品
例如:NO、燃脂劑、整罐純BCAA、整罐純肌酸
有沒有有經驗的巨巨可以告訴我NO、燃脂劑分別的副作用
以及 NO、燃脂劑、BCAA、肌酸分別推薦的產品
