要不要吃到基代+200? - 減肥

小弟爬文很久
知道大概要減肥就是要每天有氧+基代+200左右的熱量攝取
可是今天突然有一個問題
如果說小弟今天早餐和午餐都吃很少 共約1100左右
如果說小弟要吃到基代+200 代表晚餐須要吃到1200大卡= =
這樣是否仍要按照基代+200的概念去吃呢? 因為1200大卡在晚餐吃好像會比較難吸收?
像今天這種情況應該要怎麼吃才對減肥有益呢?
