要不要戒掉下午餐? - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐9:30:早餐店隨意食物 + 熱奶茶 500 Kcal
午餐12:30:員工餐廳,1/2碗飯、2格肉2格菜1湯
(吃1/2碗單純只是因為早餐和午餐時間隔太近吃不下)
下午餐16:30:200-300 Kcal御飯糰、三明治
晚餐21:00:切仔麵、燙青菜
日常作息時間:
23:00睡覺,7:00起床
9:30 - ? 工作,責任制沒確定時間
1hr跑步
生活型態:
上班族
運動習慣:
跑步機跑步,一週五天 7km/50min
六日 4km/30min
我的問題:
1. 我有吃下午餐的習慣,因為要坐車的關係,晚餐很晚吃
有因為會先運動,所以會吃下午餐來提供體力運動
想請問這部份有需要戒掉嗎? 吃四餐感覺有點多?
2. 最近開始在六日的時候也跑步,不過會明顯覺得腳負擔加重
之前只跑5天還不會覺得怎樣,現在跑步,有時候該起步就會覺得有點酸痛
想請問一下是有需要休息1、2天比較好嗎?
看到很多人可以每天跑比我多,所以想是不是只要習慣就好,不需要休息
我對減肥的目標很低,大概1年之後能45kg吧
但是這兩個問題還蠻令我感覺疑問的,所以想問問看大家,感謝
