要做到怎樣才算是"破壞的肌肉纖維" - 健身

文章很常講到
如果要練大肌肉
肌肉組群需要至少48小時的時間來成長跟修護所破壞的肌肉纖維
是要做到手在抖 已經沒辦法出力才算有做到"破壞的肌肉纖維"
還是有其他的呢??
有時候當下不會酸痛 但隔天卻痛到不行也算嗎?
