要多久才會看到體重明顯下降 - 健身

大家好,
我是男生,171cm,
這一個月來,每天都騎x-bike 60分鐘,
阻力大概設定在2-3, RPM都維持在100-110, 心跳也維持在>120/min
此外,每隔一天我還會拿4kg的啞鈴做一些手臂簡單的重量訓練
時間大概在半小時左右
攝取的食物也只有三餐而已,沒有吃宵夜,也沒有喝含糖飲料
這一個月來,我自己有感覺到身體的肥油有變少,肚子有變小,
鏡子也看得出來有變瘦,手臂和胸部摸起來也比之前結實很多
不過兩週前去量體重,體重竟然增加了兩公斤......來到了90公斤...
那時候詢問大家的結果是身體儲存肝糖和水份
這段時間,我繼續保持上述的運動模式
今天去量體重,還是差不多在90公斤....
老實說有點洩氣,因為之前很多心得文寫x-bike一個月可以瘦五公斤.
可是我現在騎了一個月,儘管體態有改變,但是反而胖了兩公斤...
想問大家到底要運動多久才能看到體重明顯的下降呢?
實在很想看到體重下降.....
