三餐內容
早餐:綜合蔬果汁有時會加無糖豆漿300C.C或低脂鮮奶300C.C
(蔬菜約4~7種,每種都抓一把燙過,會加3~4種水果與莓果,葡萄柚一顆、
蘋果1或2顆、香蕉一根、鳳梨1/4顆、奇異果1~2顆、葡萄乾10顆、楊桃一顆
、土芭樂一顆,綜合莓果數顆有藍莓、覆盆子莓、蔓越莓),
偶爾會吃個多那之活力三明治一個
午餐:便當一個,主菜炸雞胸、魯雞腿、清蒸魚三選一、三樣菜
晚餐:綜合蔬果汁內容物同早餐、有時會吃半碗飯
週日則正常吃,家庭聚餐或與朋友聚餐會小放縱一下
其他:嘴饞會吃零食馬可先生無糖高纖多穀雜糧餅乾3-5片、或其他市售餅乾3-5片、
偶爾會吃消夜茶葉蛋2-3顆只吃一顆蛋黃若吃不飽還會加小七30元的凱撒莎拉一包
或低脂鮮奶300C.C
日常作息時間:生活作息不正常、身為餐飲業者飲業者飲食時間也不正常
生活型態:整天都要走來走去,應是體力工作者
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
每週運動3-5天
固定運動週三早上肚皮舞1.5小時(此為習舞,不知算不算在運動內)
週四早上有氧30分
週五早上瑜珈1小時
非固定運動週一至週六在家跳有氧時間約1至1.5小時(加運動前後伸展操)
重量訓練一週約1~3次韓國鄭媽啞鈴健身影片或腹部加強影片
因平時有吃控制心跳的藥,停藥一天平時心跳數為110~120,沒有測量到運動時心跳數;
有吃藥時平時心跳數70~85,運動時100~110。
我的問題:自9/7日開始減肥,一開始大約半個月很順利地減了3公斤,減掉那3公斤後
一直在現在的體重徘徊,想請問是在哪一方面需要加強或改善。
