怎麼吃都不太胖,要胖也只胖下半身尤其是肚子...冏
可是上半身胸肩頸及臉及手臂 真的都好瘦可怕的瘦...
好想把肉往上移喔
真的不好困擾喔
我想我家族遺傳上半身不易胖
不知該怎麼辦才能改善
有人有成功過嗎?
