要怎麼判斷自己的鍛鍊強度達到標準? - 健身

鍛鍊的時候常碰到一個困擾
當我以為自己臥推40kg已經是目前極限
並且當天以40kg為標準,練了好幾組
練到連一下都舉不起來後
以為自己應該已經鍛鍊到極限了
卻沒感受到其他人說的肌肉酸痛
只是單純覺得肌力有點不足
可能休息個5~10分鐘就能再做一組
這種情況是我沒有做到能刺激成長的重量或是份量?
還是動作不標準,沒有準確鍛鍊到目標部位?
所以都是其他部位在代償?
