前幾天上網找瘦大腿的資料,結果大部分都跟抬腿有關。
果然從週日到現在3天的時間,每天睡前抬腿?分鐘(沒有記,就抬到腿很酸才停)
從第2天開始大腿開始會酸,但是大腿的那一團鬆鬆的肥肉變緊實了,觸感也沒那麼像棉
花糖(以前觸感真的很糟糕但很舒服XDD)。
感覺這方法好像真的有用。
但是問題來了,大腿到臀部的樣子變很怪,臀部突然變的很大(比例問題還是怎樣?)
請問有沒有類似的小運動可以把臀部變結實的?
我在抬腿的時候有注意到,抬腿會拉到大腿內(後)側的肌肉,所以才會變結實的吧
可是臀部的話不曉得要用什麼方式才會動到臀部的肌肉?
