小弟覺得減肥只是個目標,但沒必要這麼痛苦:)
一開始小弟也時對熱量斤斤計較
每餐吃之前都繪計算一下還有多少『預算』可以吃><...
不過後來覺得這樣子真的太辛苦了....也沒什麼意義
我開始將健康生活當成我的生活態度@@"
天天運動,餓了就吃(當然有控制食譜)
估計吃滿基代,就算吃超過了又如何???
爽阿!!!XD
朋友約聚餐,去阿 why not ~!?
朋友約去夜市,開心阿 why not~
我發現這樣生活不再過的這麼緊繃,餐餐計較
我...變的快樂很多:D

現在不知不覺間減了25公斤@@
身體也變健康了:)
也許改變一下心態,減肥也可以很快樂^^

提外話:減肥的時候開始學做菜:D
這個可以自己控制食量,學自己喜歡吃的菜
而且還可以提高生活樂趣XDD
現在學會了鳳梨苦瓜雞、香菇雞湯、醉雞、紅燒牛肉、香蒜醃牛肉
洋蔥莎拉、辣炒牛褐
我承認都是高熱量的肉類XDD....但是偶爾要犒賞自己嗎ˊˋ
