因為我本身比較忙碌 大概只能抽一小時來運動
而目前大概都是 跑45分鐘 約7.5KM
但是現在體重和體脂有點卡住
體重依舊69KG 體脂依舊24 身高163
而三餐照舊 早餐 就吃早餐店的三明治和豆漿 午餐就一般的雞肉便當
晚餐 非常清淡 水果+燙些青菜
之前體脂和體重降超快的 3個月內 從76KG降成69 體脂也從30降成24
但是最近好像卡住了 但是因為沒多餘時間練重訓 所以就練跑 是有越跑越快的趨勢啦
還是要抽一天練重訓!?
