前陣子我的體態終於達到了能自己能容忍的臨界點(BMI27...)
爬了一下版上 開始慢跑跟重訓
循序漸進的做 沒有爆量
可是最近常常做一做後
關節會很容易一直響
很像是折手的聲音...這正常嗎?
