公園裡面可以作什麼重訓 - 健身

置底有很多可以自行作重訓的教學,
不過因為跑步在公園的關係,
所以都會在公園作重訓接著直接跑步。
想請教大家哪種比較適合在公園做,
因為我怕裡面一些示範的在公園做會嚇壞一家大小。
囧
是否有跟我一樣只能在公園作重訓的人,
也有建議的重訓可以建議。
我自己是會作一些簡單的仰臥起坐,
伏地挺身是因為覺得自己肩膀夠寬了不想要在做伏地挺身。
然後我就不知道可以作什麼重訓了O.o
別說回家做完再去公園就好啊,
但因為我是下班直接去途中的公園,
時間太晚又不想要浪費時間回家一趟,
索性就直接在公園全部重訓跟有氧了。
