要降體脂一定要嚴格控制飲食嗎? - 健身

體重:84 kg
身高:160 cm
大概半年多的腳傷現在復原的差不多了
但基於養傷期間沒有運動跟吃東西沒有節制
所以體重跟體脂也同時飆高
我不太吃油炸物,大概兩個月一次
也不喝含糖的飲料及吃甜食
會喝飲料大部分都是茶類無糖,一天頂多一杯,大概一個禮拜喝2~3次
不吃餅乾零食,但會喝冰水
食量是固定吃三餐,以前公司固定會叫便當
現在的飲食是
早餐:飯糰+紅茶
午餐:自助餐3~4樣青菜1肉類+半碗飯
晚餐:一樣自助餐4樣青菜1肉+半碗飯
運動則是腳傷剛復原所以循序漸進
先從騎飛輪半小時開始,一個禮拜4天
因為傷剛好不敢做太劇烈的運動
之前騎15分鐘就開始隱隱作痛
慢慢的可以加到30分鐘了
不重踩,以不踩空為原則轉速大概85~110之間
想請問如果這樣的飲食加上運動
以健康為目標,能夠期待體重及體脂慢慢下降嗎?
還是有其他能是體力增加或從飲食慢慢改善的地方?
