跑步的時候小腿到腳踝的地方很痛 - 健身

從7/1開始幾乎每天都跑6KM(45或50分)
7/10開始8KM(55分)
然後7/31開始10KM(一小時5分)
依體能狀況如果不行就跑8KM 但都以10KM為主
七月31天休息8天
但最近一兩天在跑步的時候 跑到第4.5.6圈的時候
小腿連接到腳踝的地方就會很痛 到如果撐過了 就會沒感覺 就可以繼續跑
昨天跑的時候又這樣了 我就又撐過 跑了10KM
但我今天起床的時候 腳超痛的 小腿和腳踝 大腿都不會 而且小腿正面肌肉按下去很痛
不知道到底怎麼了 但我都有乖乖的做暖身操 也有收操 也會拉筋 有時會按摩
請問是因為按摩時間不夠久嗎 還是甚麼地方怎麼了?
