看了這麼多文章
我鼓起勇氣要問!!!
我知道一個半月十斤很難...
但是三月中有一場對我很重要的面試
所以還是還是想持之以恆運動配合菜單努力看看!!
我身高160體重67
大腿肚子手臂都是肉肉肉
但我骨架算大(以前沒那麼胖時還能說"我不是胖,是骨架大!!
可是現在一看就知道是小胖妹了)
請看我的瘦身計畫
我算過我一天的基代是1400~1600
早上六點起床到附近的國小運動
30分局部運動(抬腿抬屁股..)
接下來就是慢跑30分,快走30分之後走路回家
運動後30分會吃大量水果(蘋果番茄或幾粒柳丁)
中餐是正餐
晚餐會在六點前吃幾口飯其他都是菜
(媽媽煮不能不吃阿!!也是因為等下要運動需要熱量)
大約七點會運動床上腳踏車和走樓梯約一小時
六點後絕不會在進食!!!
每天都會喝2000cc加上三小時運動
配合作息不亂吃
晚上12點前上床睡覺(希望代謝能便強)
有可能嘛...外觀會明顯變瘦嘛吃
